Houston NOMA fights on behalf of Minority Firms for Fairness in Contracting

The Houston Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects seeks your support in our efforts to increase awareness regarding HISD's failure to award contracts to locally owned African American Architecture firms on the $1.89 billion 2012 Bond Program. Please click below to sign the petition and show your support. Links are included with the petition if you would like more information on this issue.

Our goal is to collect 5,000 signatures so please forward to your colleagues for their support.  Now is the time to stand up against discrimination and other selection policies used by public entities to unfairly restrict minority architects' participation in the design profession. Today HNOMA is fighting for Houston based African-American owned architecture firms. Join us in today's fight and the hope to not have to fight for other minorities in the future.
