UDream (Urban Design Regional Employment Action for Minorities)
.
The UDream program was created to address the underrepresentation of minorities in the professions of architecture, landscape architecture, and urban design. Through a generous gift from the Heinz Endowments, the Remaking Cities Institute of the School of Architecture at Carnegie Mellon University administers the program in Pittsburgh to prepare such recent graduates to take leadership positions in the profession of urban design, and hopefully to remain in Pittsburgh.

Applications are due Friday, 23 January 2015. Ten participants will be chosen. The UDream program will run from 1 June to 2 October 2015 and includes a three month paid internship in Pittsburgh at a local urban design firm, public agency, or community-based organization.
