Survey - African American male graduates
African American male graduates from both Predominantly White Institutions (PWIs) and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) across the nation have been asked to participate in a survey that will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

The purpose of this survey is to give the graduates an opportunity to respond to questions in the dimensions of mathematics self- efficacy, mathematics anxiety, mathematics attitude, deep learning, faculty relationship, social capital, peer relationship, critical race identity, and life satisfaction after graduation. The data collected and the conclusions drawn will be used to complete the dissertation portion of my doctoral program at Dowling College in New York. At the end of the survey, you will be given an opportunity to participate in a raffle for a $150 American Express Gift Card. The raffle will be drawn after March 1, 2015.
