Memorial Services for Lolalisa King, MBA, AIA, NOMA, LEED
.
Gifted, purposeful and dynamic characterizes the trailblazing life and legacy of a friend, colleague and board member of the National Organization of Minority Architects - Houston Chapter - Architect, Lolalisa DeCarlo King. It is with solemn regard that we extend expressions of sympathy to her family in the wake of her passing. The gracious spirit and impact of Lolalisa’s leadership on the board of HNOMA and as Co-Conference Chair of the 2017 National NOMA Conference will leave an indelible  influence on the board's progressive initiatives in architecture through education, mentorship and networking.   Her combined legacy of achievements as a woman of faith, an entrepreneur, a mentor and multi-disciplined professional will continue in the generous manner in which it was rendered.

Arrangements for Ms. King’s memorial service are scheduled for Thursday, June 22, 2017, 5pm-9pm, at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, 12809 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX, 77077, and Monday, June 26, 5:30pm – 8pm, at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church, 9700 Scenic Hwy, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70807
